The IAS Advisory Committee comprises of high-level representatives of the Fiji Government, European Union, IUCN, SPREP and USP. Chaired by Mr. Robin Yarrow, a former Permanent Secretary in the Fiji Government under various Ministries, the Advisory Committee meeting held its first meeting on 17 April 2018 and its second meeting on 6 December 2018. The Committee members were briefed on the achievements of the Institute and the status of collaborative work undertaken with various Governments ministries and regional organisations. The members expressed their appreciation for the clarity of the information provided and they provided feedback on the strategic direction of the Institute of Applied Sciences.
